Precutting unit with automatic adjustment, provided with special long-lasting cutting blades. A 4 kW calibrating unit and/or horizontal continuous kerf cuts on edge of slabs (option: kerf slit-cuts for slab work reinforcements on walls and floors). Six-unit bridge of spindles with self-centring system (one profiling wheel and five polishing heads). N° 1 Rectifying spindle assembled on an horizontal axis with manual positioning. The spindle can rectify on the edge 3 mm on a maximum thickness of 4 cm.
N° 1 tilting calibrating spindle assembled on n. 2 orthogonal axes: the vertical one with motorised positioning and keyboard, the horizontal one with manual positioning. The spindle is arranged to be equipped with shaped wheels to rough irregular profiles and can tilt to 45°.
Automatic pre-cutting bevelling spindles (n. 2).
Series of spindles for the edge, the first with diamond wheel generating the bullnose profile with automatic positioning (n. 6).
N°5 polishing spindles for straight edges with electrical motor in axis; power 1,1 Kw each, 900rpm each; spindles assembled on a beam with the possibility of floating during the working.

DYNAMIC/SMART SPEED FUNCTION: machine equipped with special software that, during the automatic cycle, varies automatically the belt speed to reduce downtimes according to the kind working and the tools to be utilized. An inverter inside the electric box allows to vary the conveyor belt speed (from 0 to 3m/1’) directly from the touch screen

The aim of Pragma engineers was to realize an extremely advanced machine, versatile and easy in its use at the same time. The great obtained result has allowed a fast placing of SECOJET 2010 on the top of the secojet market, not only in the ceramic field, but also in the metallurgic one and in the pvc materials one.
The machine is equipped with a hot galvanized monoblock frame in structural tubular, that incorporates the worktable, the pressure multiplier and the power control board for the axis control. This frame makes the machine easy to be moved and to be used, guaranteeing simple and fast start-up operations.
The electric management of the abrasive dosage and of the work pressure allows a high restraint of the usage costs, and a long length of the machine’s technological components.
The full functionality of the machine in secured both by an original and highly efficient protection system of the guides for the axis motion and by an automatic and independent oil cooling system. Different models of the machine are available, depending on the customer’s production needs, for example with a 3x2m working plan.

This machine allows to calibrate and grind strips of marble. The welded structure of the machine is composed by normalized, ground basement made of electro-welded steel, and by a fixed bridge. The operating heads are installed on it. We guarantee high steadiness, accuracy of working and absence of vibrations. The mechanical and electrical components of the machine guarantee high accuracy and reliability, too, even if used till high stress. The machine is supplied with parts manually lubricated according to the maintenance plans given to the customer. The conveyor belt is nonskid and covered with rubber. All linear axis are executed with big guides. Some timing cases made of inox steel protect them. All the mechanical guides can be adjusted without clearance. All the water supply pipes, the nozzle and the plate casings are dimensioned in such a way that they guarantee the water flow for a good dressing of the cutting tool during the processing phases, a good quality of the cut and a long tool life. The machine has been provided with lifting or fixing grommets. They allow, together with ropes and lifting hooks, to lift the whole structure or the main components. The non-deformability of the parts is guaranteed during the unloading operation. The switch board is made of sheet steel, thickness 15/10 mm, painted with RAL 7032 paint, IP55 protection level.

In brief Primus makes an art of essentiality. The cut is possible through a supersonic jet, that is obtained by concentrating through a suitably calibrated hole, a water flow with the pressure about 413,7 Mpa (about 60.000 psi) that produces a coherent jet of water projected at almost three times the speed of sound (810 m/s). The jet can be added with abrasive, according to the materials to be cut and is directed against the surface of the work-piece and it is able to separate the parts by means of dual action: erosion and abrasion combined.
The enhancement of the water pressure is realized by specific hydraulically- driven volumetric pump, called ultra high pressure intensifier that determines the cut potential of the system.
