Floor-standing type electric control cabinet, wireless remote control, this machine adopts the PLC control system, with the best human-computer interaction interface, the operation interface is a combination of touch screen and mechanical button to control the interface, input operating parameters through interface (including cutting size specification, moving speed, Etc), the cutting process is automated and programmed.The touch screen adopts Chinese、English and Russian operation interface, Suitable for most countries and regions.This machine adopt four guide column with double hydraulic lifting structure,with high stability to ensure the machine safe operation.The left- right moving of the saw blade and the back- forth moving of the beam are driven by three-phase asynchronous motor,adjusts the speed by inverter control and encoder feedback.The beam and side beam adopt rack and pinion and v-shaped slide rail structure, with high precision, low failure rate and durable.The worktable can be turn over and it is driven by double hydraulic cylinders with good stability.

Work Example

Mechanical part: The beam is cast as a whole, the beam is 5 meters long, the cross-section size is 450*350mm, and the design of wide oil groove is adopted. The main engine is a four-guide column lifting, solid chrome plated guide column of 100mm diameter, wear-resistant guide sleeve of ductile cast iron, all four guide columns are oil-immersed lubrication, and the upper and lower link plates are cast as a whole. The automatic hydraulic rotating table is 3000*2000mm (non-reversible), and the platform frame of the table is made of national standard 200mm H-shaped steel. The bottom frame is made of national standard 250mm channel steel, the workbench is supported by 6 rollers, and the bearing in the main shaft box is arranged in the front 2+ back 2 structure;
