Established in 1980, Thorntree opened its doors in Houston, Texas. Fascinated by unique, natural stone formed in nature millions of years ago, our family began procurement of the finest slate and stone from the great quarries of the world.

Our attentive team takes the time to understand every detail and see each project through. As we enter into our third decade of business, we continue to offer the largest selection of slate and unique natural stone, both to the Houston area and nationwide.
