Continental Marble Inc. has been serving the NYC contracting market since 1984. Starting as a high-end residential and small commercial stone specialty contractor and developing now into one of the top competitors in the large commercial market. Continental is a hands on firm with its partners being involved with the day to day activities of our projects. Thomas McNamara,Chris McConnell and Jeffrey Olsen are controlling partners of the firm with a combined 55 years experience directly in the NYC market. Our experience reaches far beyond the NYC area with our involvement in managing large stone projects for Property owners and Developers throughout the world. The experience and synergy created from working internationally allows us to have a steady presence in Italy for hands on procurement of our projects handled by our european manager Patrizio Vendrame. Along with the overseas fabrication capacity we enjoy, Continental Marble has a manufacturing plant located in Holbrook, Long Island NY. This plant enables us to better serve the needs of our customers with rapid turnarounds with last minute fabrication. Our main office and plant is located in Holbrook, Long Island and for our customer convenience we have an office at 45 Rock Plaza at Rockefeller Center, NYC. Along with our Stone division we also provide ceramic tile services. Continental Marble is not just another marble & stone contractor. Our field forces are organized from a construction management structure. Jeff Olsen, formally a NYC construction superintendent with an Industry leader, brings a new level of management to the age old stone business with pro-active strategies combined with full organizational support starting with proper contracts management, drafting, fabrication, shipping and finalizing with the installation.
