Hardness: 47 kg/mm (Mohs scale).

Specific gravity: 2,4 gr/cm3
Average index of ice resistence:
Drying at 40°C=0,94%
Drying at 60°C=0,68%.
Resistence to thermal changes:
40°C=weight variation 2,8% and resistence to pliability 68,4 kg/cm2
60°C=weight variation 3,0% and resistence to pliability 8,8 kg/cm2
Resistence to compression: 200 kg/cm2 , ice tested, up to 60°C its resistence can be reduced up to 35%.
Module of elasticity: 32 kg/cm2
Resistence to pliability: 82 kg/cm2
Resistence to acids:
Weight variation 0,6% and loss of resistance to pliability 20%.
Resistence to impact: 38,3 cm.
