Diamond Wire Saw Machine - SS 60
Optima developed the SS 60 machine to suit Indian quarrying conditions. In addition to a completely user-friendly design, the machine has a bolstered weight of 1900kg. This provides better stability and accuracy in quarrying. For maximum efficiency we provide a comprehensive service package which includes training, commissioning and operative instructions.

WE MANUFACTURE WIRE SAW IN 20 HP, 40 HP, 60 HP AND 75 HP VARIANTS.
OUR WIRE SAWS ARE USED IN STONE QUARRIES, EARTHMOVING AND RCC CUTTING APPLICATIONS.
THIS WIRE SAW IS DESIGNED IN CONFORMATION TO INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS.

Machine is equipped with 1 H.P.D.C. motor with variable speed.
Machine works through worm and worm wheel.
Independent control Panel.
Air exhaust system is given in gear box so that oil seal can be effect free.
The main feature which has given is that its fully covered by flange and grease system is applied when using in horizontally & vertically for cutting so that it can be secure from water.
Hard chromium is applied on main shaft so that it can be secure from water.

SS20 is designed to work on smaller cuts up to 25 sq.m., such as in block dressing of stones. This machine can be customized for unique cutting requirements. It also complements SS 60 and has a similar installation and services package.
