AD-IDEA covers areas of 50,000m2 with the workshop's total area of 23,500m2.Over 255 employees are working in our factory . They are skilled workers, technical specialis and engineers, during which 25 QC members and 5 Designers (one of them is from Taiwan area) included. With whole sets of equipments of processing all kinds of metals and wood，including incision, welding, punching, drilling, bending, folding, cutting and coating metal, stamping,wire welding,power coating, polishing,and packing of various requirements. With 10 production lines & one automatic line & Hardware robot。
Workshop
Our manufacturing departments include Hardware workshop, Stainless steel workshop, Wood workshop,Paint Workshop,Spot welding workshop,Punching workshop,Assembly Workshop,Electroplating Workshop and Packing workshop. In addition, there are 5 warehouses of finished products, 1 semi-finishedwarehouse and 1 steel warehouse.
