- HMG ( Hellenic Marble Group ) owns 5 quarries, PIRGON, DANAE, DIAS, HERMES, ARES. All five quarries are in the area of Drama Greece.
- The Group is led by Ioannis Birros, founder of Pirgon quarry, one of the largest and the most successful white marble quarries in the world.
- Our main premises and factory are based in the city of Drama in an area of 30.000m2
- Apart to Pirgon quarry, the production capacity of the 4 quarries is over 120.000 tons annually.
- We are quarrying and producing more than 20 different types of marbles.
- We provide to our customers blocks and processed materials such as slabs, tiles and cut to size.
