Castelli Marble to assure the highest quality of raw stone to finished product.
Material Sourcing
Castelli Marble sources materials from around the world, from the marble quarries of Italy to the fine granites
of Brazil. Our purchasing agents visit first hand all quarries to select blocks of stone for every production need.
With access to quarries in these countries, we are able to offer you solid stone custom fabrications, slabs, tiles,
and mosaics.
Each variety of stone is sourced from a single quarry to ensure 1) proper color matching, 2) consistent variation
and 3) exceptional quality. All three of these factors are carefully monitored when sourcing and throughout the
production process, assuring that you only receive the highest quality natural stone products.
Our Factory
Once sourced, all of our products are manufactured at our factory, located in Ciudad Lerdo, Mexico. Our
100,000 square foot of manufacturing space, combined with our team of artisans allows us to meet our client’s
needs quickly. While only using the most efficient methods and machinery to process stone, we are able to meet
our clients needs quickly, while also remaining extremely competitive on price.
Stocking
After being processed at the Castelli plant in Mexico, we can provide to our clients full or partial truckload
orders, and stock or cut orders from our Cleveland warehouse. Our inventory consists of over 350 unique tiles,
mosaics, and bath accessories. Orders often ship from our Cleveland warehouse within 1-2 days, which greatly
benefits all of our clients. In cases where the inventory is not on hand in Cleveland, our clients benefit from our
vertical integration, allowing us to fill any back orders within a 2-3 week lead time.
