Celestino Ribeiro e Filhos is a company from the Riverstone group, with large scale projects in Portugal as well as other parts of the World. For more than 40 years that Celestino e Filhos extracts the best limestones in the central part of Portugal.
At present we have three active limestone quarries with a total area of 15.000 m². The Salgueira quarry is located in serra D’Aire e Candeeiros with a total area of 9.570m², extracts the limestone with the same name: Salgueira. The Vale Curral quarry is located few minutes from the town of Fatima, having a total area of 18.100 m² and extracting the Creme de Fátima limestone. Finally, the Moca Cream quarry which is located in Vale Sobreiros – Pé da Pedreira, with a total area of 30.000 m².
