The F.lli Pitardi Snc firm has been extracting and working Leccese stone for three generations. Founded in 1963 thanks to the tradition and experience of the "cavamonti", the quarrymen of bygone years, in the 1990s a very precise objective was set: to give a new impulse to the production activity through a more modern connotation of its company structure. During these years, numerous resources and much energy have been devoted to the promotion, nationwide and abroad, of the very personal "Aura" stone. Planned to exploit the technologies most suitable for exalting the peculiar characteristics of every single product, the firm is managed directly by the Pitardi brothers, Benito, engineer (design sector), and Egidio (commercial sector), and responds efficiently to all consumer demands, producing products in both standard and specific measurements. Punctuality, care in deliveries, and the technical and specialized personnel add value to a product which is already rich with quality, and confirm the reliability of a modern firm, respectful of the tradition and millenary history of its land.
